We produce premium sea salt from Docho Island, Sinan-gun, designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Located on the west coast of Korea, Sinan accounts for 88% of the country’s total sea salt production. Among these, Docho Island, with its abundant sunlight and consistent sea breeze, provides the ideal conditions for producing high-quality sea salt.
Korean sea salt has a lower concentration of sodium chloride compared to refined salt and contains a wealth of natural minerals such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium. It is rich in minerals, 3-4 times more than French Guérande salt.
